CEO Henrik Samuelsson

Internationally successful with hsd GmbH since 2010

My name is Henrik Samuelsson and I’m the founder and CEO of hsd GmbH which I founded in 2010. Technology and design were always some of my main interests and this led to me started studying CAD-design (Orig. swedish = KY-Design: CAD-Konstruktion) as a dual study in 2002-2004 in Göteborg, Sweden. Directly after finishing I started working as a consultant for a company in Göteborg where I learned a lot and had a lot of fun. But something was missing … I wanted to go abroad.

Early 2007 I got an offer to take a job abroad and therefor, in May 2007 moved to Germany. Here I continued my role as a consultant until mid-2010 when I decided to start my own company. This proved to be one of the best decisions I’d ever made, and I also moved to the Eifel mountains where I have continued to develop my company.

A big advantage in many projects is the fact that I’m trilingual. I speak Swedish, German and English fluently and this has proven helpful, especially in international projects. Above that I have a big advantage in the ability to combine engineering with design and taking equally care of both areas.

I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
